We work with artists and creative professionals preparing a UK Global Talent application — including visual artists, photographers, musicians, theatre-makers, producers, and curators, as well as interdisciplinary and adjacent practices. We support your case when:
· Arts Council guidance feels hard to apply
· unclear fit with the Global Talent route
· uncertainty around projects and evidence
· refused application requiring restructuring
· overwhelming documentation
· unstructured portfolio and texts
· unclear framing of artistic practice
Led by Iryna Yauseyenka
I am an art manager with over 15 years of experience working across different artistic disciplines and formats. Over the past four years, my work has focused on preparing strong, well-structured cases for Arts Council England applications.
My core strength lies in strategic thinking and case assessment. I work with how an artistic practice is articulated, how evidence is selected and structured, and how a case is built so that it can be clearly understood by external assessors., an art manager focused on the realities of artistic practice, our team helps artists navigate the Global Talent process with clarity and confidence.

Strategy call
A call for artists who are unsure how the Global Talent process applies to their practice, discipline, or professional background, and want to understand whether the Arts Council route is the right fit.

We assess the overall strength of your case, the suitability of selected projects and referees, and identify key risks and gaps before submission — or explain possible reasons for a previous rejection.

We help structure documents, clarify requirements, support decision-making, and address gaps identified during review, shaping existing materials into a coherent case ready for submission.

FAQ's
Many artists come to us because the fit is unclear. Our role is to assess how your practice aligns with the Arts Council criteria and how it could be positioned within the Global Talent route.
Our assessment is based strictly on official Arts Council England guidance, which defines eligible disciplines as well as practices that are not accepted under this route.
If the pathway is not suitable, we explain this openly — so you can make an informed decision before investing further time or resources.
If you need an expert assessment of your practice, a Strategy Call is a good place to start.
Both categories lead to the same Global Talent visa.
The distinction reflects career stage rather than artistic value.
Talent is typically suitable for more established artists with a strong, clearly recognisable practice and a sustained professional track record — usually five years or more.
Promise is designed for emerging artists who are actively building visibility and recognition, with a developing but already distinctive practice — usually three years or more.
We work with both Talent and Promise cases and focus on how your practice is framed and evidenced in relation to the relevant Arts Council criteria.
Yes, we can help. After a refusal, you receive a Proforma outlining the reasons for the decision. We review both your original application materials and the Proforma to assess whether the case can be appealed, reworked, or rebuilt for resubmission.
A refusal does not necessarily reflect the strength of your artistic practice. In many cases, it relates to how evidence was structured or presented in relation to the criteria — the application logic and documentation rather than the work itself.
We address this during a Portfolio Review and outline a realistic path forward. If you need a detailed analysis of a refusal, get in touch.
It depends on how prepared your case is and what you need clarity on.
Strategy Call is a good starting point if you have questions about your practice, the Arts Council guidance, or eligibility. It helps clarify whether the route is suitable for you and how the rules apply to your situation.
Portfolio Review is suitable if you already have materials prepared and want an informed assessment. We review selected projects and links, assess referees against the criteria, identify strengths and weaknesses, and outline a clear path or strategy towards submission.
Full Case Support is discussed during these sessions if ongoing support is needed. It involves coordinated, in-depth work on your case with full art management support, and the scope and timeline are agreed together before proceeding.
